1. Returns

• Eligibility: You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

• Non-returnable Items: Certain items like personal care products (shaving cream, derma rollers, etc.) are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

2. Replacements

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

• How to Request: Simply Tell us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
